Our website is built as an independent static HTML/CSS/JavaScript reference without user account databases or third-party advertising trackers. When you use the System Inquiry Dossier tool on our Contact page, the text you enter is processed locally inside your browser's memory to generate a plain-text preview or downloadable .txt file. We do not receive your inquiry unless you actively send it to us via email.

Like all standard web servers, our hosting infrastructure records transient HTTP request logs—including your IP address, browser user-agent string, requested page URL, timestamp, and referrer header—solely to maintain network security, mitigate automated abuse, and diagnose broken links. These logs are rotated and deleted within 30 days.
